Signature Dishes That Put The Dumbwaiter on Mobile’s Culinary Map

Growing up in Mobile, Alabama, owner Wes Lambert was raised on southern food and fresh seafood. When Wes and his wife Dana created The Dumbwaiter Restaurant in the heart of downtown Mobile, they envisioned a menu as unique and creative as the city itself—classic southern dishes with their own special flavor. Today, we’re showcasing the signature dishes that have made The Dumbwaiter a culinary destination in Mobile.
